I have 30 years of experience across a wide-variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, insurance, technology, mining and information services. I have had the benefit of working in many different countries, including the US, Turkey, Ireland, the UK and Brazil, and in companies ranging in size from large multi-national to privately-owned start-ups.
My experience includes over 10 years as a CFO/CEO and 5 years as a CTO, with several years of operational responsibility. I have also led an IPO, multiple debt and equity financings and several M&A transactions from both sides of the table and implemented software projects ranging from full ERP solutions to payroll software.
