Cassie is Head of Finance of Lightship Security (One of the world’s leading lab in cyber security validation industry). As the head of finance and part of senior leadership group, Cassie plays a diverse role, including strategic planning, treasury, corporate finance, accounting, and investor relations. Throughout her earlier career, Cassie has worked with high growth, privately held companies in various industries, namely SAAS, fintech, construction and land development. She has experience in both buy and sell side M&A, strategic finance, corporate development, risk management and investor relations. Cassie also serves as board of directors and held treasure position for the Schools of Dreams, a nonprofit organization dedicated to build schools that provides equal educational opportunities in Africa.
Cassie joined FEI Canada in 2019.
Cassie is looking forward to learn from finance executive peers and discuss on lessons learnt on past M&A cases and international expansions.
