Chris is CFO of Bravo Target Safety, an industrial safety company operating in western Canada. Chris’ previous positions include CFO of Gemini Corporation (industrial construction), CFO of Focus Corporation (engineering and geomatics solutions) and Senior VP, Business Services with WSP Canada (global professional services). He has also provided executive advisory support to Harvest One (cannabis) and SMART Technologies (technology).
Chris has been a member of FEI Canada since 2006 and recently joined the Calgary Chapter Board and is a member of the Programming Committee.
Chris has experience working with both publicly traded and private equity-owned companies. As a result of the challenges impacting the western Canadian energy sector, Chris has gained extensive experience in the areas of restructuring, acquisitions, liquidity and financing, and has (re)negotiated numerous bank credit agreements with both Canadian and US banks.
Chris is keen to share his knowledge and experiences with the FEI membership, so that our members can continue to provide their businesses with critical and value-added support during these challenging economic conditions.
