Diane is Head of Finance and Business Planning of Denso Automotive (one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers of technology and components). Diane’s prior positions include CFO of IronCloud Finance, CFO of 4Finance (one of Europe’s largest digital consumer lenders), and Controller at Silvercreek Commercial Interiors Inc. (a construction company).
Diane has been a member of FEI Canada since 2018 and is on the Board of Directors for the Southern Golden Horseshoe Chapter as well as Chair of the Chapter’s Private Company Committee. Diane is also actively involved with FEI’s Retention Committee and Women’s Financial Executive Network (WFEN).
“I am a volunteer for the PCC because I wanted to learn first hand about Private Companies, including Financing and the role of a CFO. I have had some experience with different types of financing options while investigating a potential Management Buyout. My role on the committee is to put people in touch with those that can help them in the areas that are specific to Private Companies.”
