Frank’s professional experience includes positions as Director of Finance (lead Finance role) at BOS Innovations (a factory automation company, in Canada’s fasted growing companies, each year of Frank’s tenure), CFO of Hardie Industrial Services Inc. (a process automation and electrical specialist company), VP Finance and Administration of Solis Mexican Foods (a premier Canadian manufacturer of high quality snack and grain-based foods) and Director of Finance and CFO of McCormick Canada (the largest spice, seasoning, dry sauce & seasoning mixes, specialty foods, and flavours business in the country).
Frank has been a member of FEI Canada since 2005 and has been on the SWO Executive committee for 8 years, including 6 years as chair of the membership committee.
Frank has been involved in over a dozen acquisition projects including the acquisition of Billy Bee Honey by McCormick Canada. Frank’s has vast experience valuing and integrating a business from the acquirers point of view.
