Mike is currently fractional CFO of Qvella Corporation (a life sciences business facilitating acceleration of different stages of microbiology workflows to generate actionable information for bloodstream infections) and also for Reunion Foods Inc. (a maker of organic, plant-powered dressings, dips and condiments). Mike is also a Director of Hammond Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Mike’s previous positions include CFO positions at Bento Sushi and IMT Group, on the investment side with Whitecastle Investments Limited (PE and VC) and on the advisory side with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. Mike was also a Partner at Orenda Corporate Finance.
Mike has spent the majority of his career working with small to mid-sized, high-growth private companies in a wide variety of industries. Given his experience in private equity and venture capital investing, M&A advisory (buy and sell side) and capital raising (private equity, venture capital, subordinated debt and senior debt), he’s delighted to participate in this initiative to share his learnings and experience with other FEI private company CFO’s. And at the same time, he’s always keen to learn from other CFO’s and their experiences.
