Neil is an FCA (ex-Price Waterhouse, UK) and a Finance PhD (INSEAD, France). He has created and taught finance courses, cases, and applications to undergrad/MBA and executive/practitioner audiences in Canada, France, Finland, Switzerland, and UAE. Teaching Excellence Awards at Richard Ivey School of Business, and the University of Waterloo, School of Accounting & Finance.
Neil is a founding board member of FEI’s Golden Triangle (Waterloo Region) Chapter since 2019 and a member of the new Private Company Finance Thought Leadership Group. He previously won the FEI/CFERF best conference paper award for his presentation on executive stock options.
Neil is interested in learning from and exchanging with FEI members on issues in corporate financing, executive compensation and ownership.
